Advanced Change Parts

Advanced style change parts have unique features that set them above the crowd. The roll-on pad has an adjustable lead in to assist in pre-rotating the bottle prior to contacting the vacuum drum for a smoother transition and more consistent label application. The top plate of the star wheel utilizes neck guiding for enhanced bottle stability and is made from stainless steel for improved longevity. The top plat is also adjustable vertically to allow precise placement at the neck of the bottle compensating for any height growth on pressurized bottles.
