Accraply is proud of our long history and continuing involvement with the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
We have been providing solutions to our customer's requirements since 1971, and have continued some of our relationships for over thirty years. We believe that our success and longevity in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries has largely been due to a combination of outstanding customer service and our commitment to remaining at or advancing the leading edge of technology. | |

Standard Product Lines
Our extensive experience and broad product line allows us to bring a wide variety of options to our customers.
- We have dozens of standard machine models suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or personal care industries ranging from tabletop hand fed impresser systems to inline vertical fixture machines.
- Seven of those models were designed for pharmaceutical applications from the ground up:
- 9000A (High speed system for ampules)
- 35A (Mid range speed system for ampules)
- 9000VF (High speed system for vials and rounds)
- 35VF (Mid range system for vials and rounds)
- 9000W (High speed system for larger rounds)
- 9000S (High speed, dial-based system for syringes and ampules)

Custom Equipment
We also have a long history of building custom machinery to meet our customers' unique requirements.
- We can build pharmaceutical grade machines to label vials, ampules, syringes, shelf pack bottles, microtubes, all the varieties of round, square and oval bottles, catheters, diagnostic cartridges, cases, auto-injectors, kits, surgical soap containers, double barrel syringes, TyvekŪ pouches and IV bags.
- Extremely high speed systems applying 1000 labels per minute.
- Systems operating in Class 1 Division 2 group D hazardous environments, radioactive environments and in cold rooms.
- Other applications include:
- Applying elastomer seals with a total applied accuracy of less than a half of a millimeter.

Some of our historic accomplishments include:
- Developing the pharmaceutical vertical fixture labeling system (which uses rollers to support a product while the label is being applied) in 1975.
Bringing the high speed version of our "VF" design to market in 1987, offering the same precise product control and direct label application at fast production speeds.
Being the first to validate a PS labeling system (also in 1987). This system is still in production today and we are proud to report that we have been asked to build a duplicate system for another of the same customer's production lines.
Developed label reject - inspection and removing a bad label from the queue before applying it to the product - in 1993.
Developing servomotor driven bottle plates for rotary labelers in 2000. Servo bottle plates allow for multiple optimized move profiles without expensive and time consuming cam changes.
