Machine Rebuilds

An As-Needed Rebuild Program replaces moving mechanical components and electrical components (such as bearings, chains, electric motors, switches) that clearly indicate wear, stress, or failure to function during inspection. Upgrades to current-standard applicator drive and electronics are sometimes included.

The As-Needed Rebuild can be performed at your facility by Accraply factory technicians, with usually much less than a week's downtime. An As-Needed Rebuild with typical upgrades averages about 50% of the cost of new replacement equipment.

A Complete Upgrade/Rebuild Program replaces all moving mechanical components and all electrical components (such as bearings, chains, electric motors, switches). Upgrades to current engineering standards are included for key assemblies. Complete teardown and cleaning are usually included also.

The Complete Rebuild usually requires the labeling system to be returned to our factory for an extended period. A Complete Upgrade/Rebuild averages about 60% to 75% of the cost of new replacement equipment.
