ALS 306/309 High Speed Label Applicators

Designed for high speed applications that require a high degree of label placement accuracy and machine reliability. Their modular design allows the unit to be configured in a variety of ways for maximum flexibility when integrating with your existing packaging line. Also available as an integral part of an Accraply "turn-key" labeling system or a stand-alone label applicator. Features "quick-change" modules, power assisted 16" diameter label roll unwind, collapsible waste rewind, Ethernet connection, flash card for machine settings back-up and optional dual unwind/splice station.

Designed for low to medium speed applications that require a high degree of label placement accuracy and machine reliability. A flexible and rugged design provide easy integration to your packaging line and reliable 24/7 operation. A variety of attachments including wipe-on, tamp/blow and swing arms enable top, bottom and side panel label application. Features advanced label roll unwind dancer and brake system for optimum web tension control, independently driven collapsible waste rewind, Ethernet connection, flash card for machine settings back-up, and optional NEMA4/IP65 rating for wet environments.
