Stanford 152LT Rewinding Doctor Machine

Since 1943, Stanford has been a leading supplier of Doctor Machines® for the converting industry.

The 152LT rewinding doctoring machine by Stanford is a highly versatile tool. This machine is used to remove defective printing, repair splices, re-tension, and edge guide rolls of defective material.

This high-speed Doctor Machine is suitable for a wide range of materials. It can be used for light films, film laminates, non-wovens and light papers. A dual motor AC Vector drive system allows for maximum speed and tension control.

User-Friendly Operation

The 152LT’s touchscreen control panel is user-friendly and clearly displays all running parameters during operation.

A manual inspection button allows the operator to automatically return detected defects to the splice table.

Accraply engineers a large selection of Stanford Doctor rewind machines for customers in the United Kingdom. Along with the 152LT, Accraply offers a complete line of duplex differential slitter rewinders and shrink sleeve finishing equipment. Accraply also develops customised equipment for any application.
