A Seamer So Fast it Requires Three Shafts to Keep Up.

With the addition of the RT3, the AccraSeam™ becomes a continuous operation rewind. The unique three shaft turret provides time for operators to load rolls at speeds up to 600 mpm [2,000 fpm]. By indexing the solvent gap to another roll and running on a clean core, 95% of the output can be shipped directly. Flange-mounted rewind shafts and electronic core offset allows operators to quickly change from one core size to another.

The RT3 is available as a field upgrade to any AccraSeam™, allowing existing machines to be upgraded as required to grow as your business grows. The AccraSeam™ includes a fully-automatic servo table setup, and a layflat quality check system that provides on-machine printed reports for each roll.
