Stanford 138 Slitter Rewinder

The 138 Slitter Rewinder system is a compact and versatile system from Accraply’s Stanford line.

The versatility of this slit and rewind machine gives users the ability to work with many flexible materials. Materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, film laminates, self-adhesive label stock, paper, and other flexible materials. Dual pneumatically inter rider rolls provide the softest touch for light materials while the differential shafts provide a constant tension even on materials that have gauge band variations. 

With the ability to work up to 1,500 fpm, this rewinding and slitting machine works efficiently.

The Stanford 138's operating interface allows for easy setup and machine customization. This control system also enables on-screen diagnostics and easy to follow operating dashboard.
