Graham & Sleevit RF150 and RF250 Shrink Sleeve Applicators

The Accraply Shrink Sleeve Model RF150 and Model RF250 are compact, operator friendly and easy to maintain shrink sleeve applicators that can be used to apply full body or tamper evident bands to a variety of container shapes and sizes. Shrinkable material is cut to length and synchronously applied at conveyor speeds for the best possible material-to-container placement accuracy. 

Oval, round and square containers made of plastic, glass or metal can be handled at speeds up to 150 (Model RF150) or 250 (Model RF250) per minute. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, or PLA can be run at thicknesses between 40 to 70 microns. Containers can be run full or empty through our shrink sleeve label application systems. The RF Series applicators may be easily customized to suit the exact requirements of a project using standard, compatible modules. Change parts for the RF Series applicators are low cost items that can be fitted in minutes without the need for tools, keeping down-time to a minimum. Many accessories are available, including reel change over systems for continuous production, container spacing and positioning units, detect/eject system for incorrectly sleeved containers, sleeve positioning systems, various material shrink tunnels and conveyor systems.The control system of the RF Series applicator incorporates PLC control, servo drives and an HMI. This allows quick, accurate and repeatable set-ups to be achieved for different containers, which can be stored as individual jobs on the HMI and recalled as necessary.
