The Graham & Sleevit ST100 Steam Tunnel is stainless steel with a double-skin insulated exterior. The tunnel has a compact design for simple installations, but it can also be fitted in series for high speed or zoned applications. It has a double-skin insulated body and is supplied complete with extraction hoods, drain tray and a top opening inspection door to provide access for cleaning or the removal of containers. It is also capable of shrinking PET sleeves to PET bottles and coping with thinner sleeve materials.
Steam conditioning and pressure reducing kits are available for the Graham & Sleevit ST100 steam shrink sleeve tunnel; together with extractor fans suitable for 10 meters of ducting, and systems to count containers in and out of the Graham & Sleevit ST100 steam shrink sleeve tunnel where the possibility of them falling over is present.

This shrink labeling machine is designed to manage containers with heavily “waisted” sections. It is also suitable for shrink labels needing substantial changes in shrink rates.
Easy Adjustment of Individually Controlled Steam Delivery Tubes
The Graham & Sleevit ST100 is equipped with 8 steam delivery tubes. Each tube is individually adjustable via needle valves for graduated steam delivery. These valves also enable the operator to turn the steam delivery tubes on or off. The control valves are situated adjacent to the side doors for ease of adjustment.
Double-Skin Insulated Steam Shrink Tunnel
For optimal temperature control, the ST100 has a double-skin insulation exterior. This allows the user to have precise control over the internal temperature of the steam tunnel.
Create Full Body Sleeves and Tamper Evident Band
This machine enables operators to create full body and tamper evident packaging for irregular container shapes. There are additional machine kits available for steam conditioning and pressure reduction.
